These Terms govern your use of DubaiMelody.com ("the Service"). The Service is operated by LUXURYDOGGIES LIMITED, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 14194459). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DubaiMelody.com is a free, ad-free music video player that lets you play a curated collection of music videos and playlists for personal, non-commercial enjoyment — at home, at private events, or during workouts. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The music videos are provided for personal enjoyment. We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder (or their agent) and believe content on the Service should be removed, please email malek@dubaimelody.com with the title and a description of your rights, and we will review and remove the content promptly.

4. Donations

Donations are entirely voluntary and help cover hosting and streaming costs. They are processed by Stripe (card) or via the crypto addresses on our Support page. Because donations are voluntary contributions rather than purchases of a product, they are generally non-refundable; if a donation was made in error, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and LUXURYDOGGIES LIMITED is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
